By using our website, purchasing tickets, or attending our performances, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
“ESS”, “Circus Extreme”, “us” or “we” refers to: The Extreme Stunt Show Ltd, Registered Office: 7 Bankside, The Watermark, Gateshead, United Kingdom, NE11 9SY. Company Registration Number: 07095223 (Registered in England and Wales).
“You” refers to the user, customer, or event attendee.
1. Website Terms and Conditions
1.1 Website Use
Website content is for general information and may change without notice. We use cookies to monitor browsing preferences (see our Privacy and Cookies Policy). We make no warranties as to the accuracy, performance, completeness, or suitability of the website content. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies, for which we exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.2 Intellectual Property
This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with our copyright notice. All trademarks not owned by us but appearing on the site are acknowledged.

2. Ticket Sales Terms
2.1 General Conditions
Tickets must be collected at least 45 minutes before the performance. Seats must be occupied 15 minutes before start time or may be resold. Booking fees may apply depending on the purchase method.
2.2 Booking Methods
Phone Bookings: No written confirmation sent; booking confirmed verbally. Tickets must be collected at least 15 minutes before showtime.
Internet Bookings: Book via www.circusextreme.co.uk/book-tickets. Subject to third-party ticketing partner terms. Booking fees and availability may vary.
In-Person Bookings: Ticket office open daily during visits (9am–9pm or as advertised). Customers must verify ticket details, payment, and change before leaving the counter.
2.3 Ticket Collection
Pre-paid tickets are available at a designated Collection Point. Proof of purchase (email or reference) is required at collection.
2.4 Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Circus Ticket Office purchases may be amended for future performances, subject to availability and a £2 administration charge per ticket. Online bookings must be amended through the ticketing partner.
3. Discounts and Group Bookings
Discount vouchers must be presented at purchase or collection. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or retrospectively applied. Group bookings for 10+ people are available by calling 020 3375 3970.
4. Age Restrictions and Ticket Types
Children under the age of 2 may sit on a parent or guardian’s lap and do not require a ticket. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Individuals under 16, students, and those aged 60 or over may be eligible for concession tickets; however, proof of age or valid student identification may be required. Anyone aged 61 or over is eligible to purchase a concession ticket.
5. Accessibility and Disabilities
Wheelchair-accessible seating is located in the VIP Ringside area (Row C). Accessible tickets must be booked by calling 020 3375 3970. Internet bookings are not suitable for accessibility needs unless specified. Hearing impaired customers may book by emailing: info@circusextreme.co.uk.
6. Customer Conduct and Safety
Bag searches may be conducted by SIA-registered security staff. Photography without flash and personal video filming are permitted. Mobile phones must be silenced during the performance. Phone torches, flashlights, or any other light-emitting devices must not be used during performances as they may interfere with the show and endanger performers. Customers must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other guests at all times.
7. Performance Disclaimer
We reserve the right to alter the advertised programme without notice. Circus Extreme accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. The name “Circus Extreme”, the word “Extreme”, and all associated logos, images, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. Parking
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Reserved parking for disabled visitors may be available depending on venue conditions.
9. Child Protection and Lost Children
Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times. Circus Extreme staff will not undertake supervisory roles without prior agreement. The Lost Children Point is clearly marked at the café tent in the foyer area.
10. Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities
Special seating arrangements and ticket rates are available for groups including individuals with disabilities. Approved carers accompanying guests with a verified care identification card (such as an Access Card) may be admitted free of charge, where applicable. Pre-booking is required for all such arrangements to ensure availability and appropriate accommodation.
11. Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs are welcome. Customers must notify the circus in advance to arrange appropriate seating. Water for assistance dogs is available upon request.
12. Competitions and Prize Draws
Competitions (e.g., “Win a Family Ticket”) are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Winners are selected at random and notified by private message via the relevant platform. No cash alternative is available. The decision of the judges is final. Prizes are subject to availability and change.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
